1 cup of blackberries
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of strawberries

2 large carrots
2 cups of spinach
1 stalk celery
1 cup of broccoli

How to make:
Peeled and waste the root of the carrots. Then mix all of the ingredients using blender as well. Carrots contained with high beta carotene which is contained of vitamin A to keep the skin cells. Celery contained of magnesium, iron, chlorophyll, and folic acid.

· Fruits and vegetables juice to skin elasticity
2 large sized of carrots
1 stalk celery
1 apple
1 cucumber

How to make:
Peel the carrots and the cucumber, then mixed them all, filtered, and the juice is ready to consume. The cucumber is rich of silica and water. It’s good to skin elasticity.
